Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate for all domestic orders within India. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days.
 Estimated delivery times range from 10-15 business days, depending on the location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our shipping partner’s website using this tracking number.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or logistical issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Adorozy is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs policies.

Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or the customer’s refusal to pay customs fees (for international orders), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@adorozy.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or solution where applicable.
